When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you provide: your name, company, telephone number, email address, details of the product you wish to import, and any file you choose to upload. Our server also records standard technical information such as your browser type and the country your request came from.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask us about. We use your contact details to reply, and we use the product information to assess what your import is likely to involve.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for marketing purposes. Where delivering your enquiry requires it, we may share relevant information with the service partners working on your import — for example a freight partner, a customs broker, a testing body or a financing provider — and only to the extent necessary.

Uploaded files

Files you upload are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored securely. Supplier quotations and specifications are treated as commercially confidential.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@importisrael.com and we will respond.
