How it works

Seven Stages, One Point of Contact.

At every stage, you receive a clear update, the next required decision and the latest expected cost.

  1. 01

    Tell Us What You Need

We review your product, quantity, budget, specifications and deadline.

    • We look at what the product actually is, not just what it is called — materials, size, packaging, intended user.
    • We establish the quantity you can realistically sell, the budget available and the date the goods are needed.
    • If you already have a supplier quotation, send it. It usually tells us more in two minutes than a long conversation.
  2. 02

    Check Feasibility

We estimate landed cost, regulatory requirements, timing and principal risks before you commit.

    • We estimate the landed cost per unit in Israel, not the factory price.
    • We identify the regulatory requirements that are likely to apply, and flag any that could stop the import.
    • We give you a realistic timeline and name the principal risks — before you have spent anything.
  3. 03

    Source and Verify

We locate suitable suppliers, compare quotations and verify the selected manufacturer.

    • We search for manufacturers capable of making your product to the quantity and quality you need.
    • Quotations are compared on a like-for-like basis, with the same specification given to every supplier.
    • The selected factory is verified before you make a significant payment.
  4. 04

    Approve Product and Terms

Samples, specifications, packaging, payment terms and production milestones are agreed.

    • Samples are ordered, reviewed and approved against a written specification.
    • Packaging, labelling, payment terms and production milestones are agreed and documented.
    • Nothing enters production on a verbal understanding.
  5. 05

    Manage Production and Quality

We follow production and arrange inspections before the goods leave the factory.

    • Production is monitored against the agreed schedule, with problems raised while they are still cheap to fix.
    • Inspections take place pre-production, during production and as a final random inspection.
    • Loading is supervised, and quantity and packaging are checked before the container is sealed.
  6. 06

    Ship and Clear

We coordinate freight, documents, standards, customs and release.

    • Freight is booked to suit the deadline and the budget — sea, air, courier, full container or consolidated.
    • Export and import documentation is prepared and checked before the goods arrive.
    • Standards, customs and release are coordinated so that avoidable storage charges do not accumulate at the port.
  7. 07

    Store or Deliver

Goods are delivered to your warehouse, stored locally or distributed to your customers.

    • Goods are delivered to your warehouse, or unloaded and stored on pallets at ours.
    • We can pick, pack and distribute to your shops or e-commerce customers.
    • Labelling, repacking and returns handling are available where needed.

What you will not have to do

Chase a factory across a time difference. Guess whether your product needs testing. Discover a duty rate at the port. Find out that the container was loaded short. Work out who is responsible when three suppliers each blame the other two.

That coordination is the service. You make the commercial decisions; we manage the people, documents and deadlines that turn them into goods on your shelf.

Next step

Before You Pay a Supplier, Check the Complete Import.
